Large sliding glass doors leads to a patio with table and chairs and charcoal grill. The pool is just steps away. The cottage is in the perfect location, surrounded by lush greenery and flowering planets. It's the perfect getaway for those seeking a cozy, beach retreat.

This area is remarkably beautiful. You will feel like you step into a magazine while visiting. Take a stroll or bike ride down Scenic. 98, go play at the beach or swim in the community pool. Grocery stores (Publix & Whole Foods), Destin Commons, restaurants and activities are all less than a mile away. Silver Sands Premium Outlet is 5 miles away. Destin Harbor (Harbor Walk Village) is 5 miles away. This cottage is truly the perfect location.

Please note this cottage is not baby/toddler proof. We do provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for you to put on.

Only emergency maintenance work orders will be issued if unit is occupied. Minor issues will be handled between check outs to help decrease any chances of contamination.
