"The place was clean and the beds were very comfortable.But there were no glasses in the room.Just two cups for coffee and there was no tea.Available either in the room or at the breakfast service"

"This was the most unsafe and disgusting hotel I have been too. The door barely closed and had one lock. The extra lock was broken. The bathtub was covered in mold. Bedspreads had burn marks on them. The towel holder has been ripped off the wall. The toilet paper holder didn’t even have a roller holder. Hotels.com should be embarrassed to have this hotel listed and I can’t believe they have any stars much less what is listed. I will not use Hotels.com again to book rooms if this is the type of hotels they provide. "
