I was given a wonderful tour of the hotel property upon arrival at check in.You can feel the richness and experience top notch service from the staff. The pool area is so beautiful and relaxing; perfect place for a cold drink and a hot meal. The food was absolutely amazing! And I really love the free breakfast buffet with so many options to choose from. The views from the rooms and the rooftop restaurant and bar was mind blowing. Hands down one of the best views in Nigeria! Ultimate comfort and pleasurable stay. I will be back to experience this hotel again!"

"I made a reservation and paid in dollars. When I got to the hotel, they didn’t not find my details. It took about 20 minutes before they could find my booking information. I went out with my friend for dinner and returned to see that the hotel staff were looking for me. I was then told that they mistakenly billed me over N621,000 instead of N63,000 (Nigerian currency) (nearly 400 dollars). They now asked me to send them an email for a refund, I insisted it should be them sending me an apology email. They are saying it will take about 5 working days to get the money back. They have ruined holiday."
