"Not a well kept place and the bathroom was horrible. Light in the tub falling down mold in the tub. Needed to paint the room ."

"The bed was very uncomfortable!"

"Room was clean and comfortable. Fresh towels daily. Breakfast was very good and well maintained."

"We stayed one night, we arrived a day early for our Bay side stay, wanted something economical and close to the beach for the night. The room was clean. The staff was incredibly kind, we arrived about 11 p.m. I believe. Their check in system was having issues, there was one couple ahead of us but the system finally got him through then me fairly quickly. I would go back again. Nothing glamorous. Bed was comfortable, slept better there than in the VRBO bay side."

"This is more of a complaint to the hotel. I booked and PAID for three nights stay but didn’t show up on the first night. Despite having PREPAID for my room, it was cancelled when I checked in on day 2. Imagine my surprise when they were no more rooms like I PAID FOR. "The property was gorgeous. Rooms clean. Valets extremely helpful. Staff was courteous. My only complaint is there are no microwaves on the property. I travel with certain nutritional needs and needed a microwave."

"The rooms where a good size and clean and breakfast was good."

"First time to Gulf shores and the property was fantastic!"

"Everything about this trip was as perfect. In fact, they were perfect last and that is the reason we chose this location again."

"The hotel is dated. Breakfast is good. The pool is smaller but clean."

"The room itself was clean, but the hallway and elevator was trashy. There was trash scattered. Also the smell of weed came through my door even though there are signs of $250 fines for smoking. The breakfast area was very messy and the muffins were out uncovered in a dirty shelf. Not much of a variety of food, but I would not have eaten anything there anyway. Only one type of creamer and they were all smashed and could have been old. Won't be back."

"Great views and Beach access"
