Sugestões : 1- inclusão daquelas plaquinhas “favor arrumar o quarto/não perturbe”; 2- o cartão de acesso ao quarto é desmagnetizado todo dia. Isso deveria ser revisto. É uma perda de tempo para o hóspede e para o funcionário "
