Beautiful setting and location. This place is fantastic with a relaxing atmosphere, great service but not overdone, with a sense that you are more of a guest at a home stay. The food is really great and they will help you and your partner celebrate a birthday or other event, but not a place to go and party down if that’s what you want.

Ziba Luxury Villa was incredible. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the villa was beautiful with stunning views. The private pool and peaceful surroundings made our stay perfect. Highly recommend!

Buddhi was the best! Love Ananya

Loved it so much that we extended our stay 3 times. It’s a big property with only 4 chalets. We stayed first in the cheapest, which was a good room. Then we moved to the most expensive one facing the ocean because of the lovely terrace. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Service was very personalized. The best of our 3 weeks in Sri Lanka. This family owned hotel is stunningly beautiful. So many decorative details. The pool and hot tub so inviting. Backyard faces river with monkeys close by.

We loved the wholesome farm-to-table dining—tasting fresh red dragon fruit straight from the garden, sweet pineapples, mangos, and delicious Sri Lankan vegetables. The property itself is surrounded by nature. The butterfly garden was an unexpected treat, and waking up to the tranquil morning sounds of birds overlooking the Udawalawe reserve canopy was magical. A beautiful property with majestic views. Thank you to the staff (Suresh) for being so attentive and resourceful. I can’t wait to come back to South Sri Lanka

The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better! The room looked onto the pool and was beautiful. The rain couldn’t be helped but it was quite loud against the roof of the room. The Sri Lankan breakfast after my safari was lovely and I also had dinner the night before, however I would say there wasn’t very clear communication of timings or where to go once I checked in but for dinner the guy from the hotel on WhatsApp answered all of my questions.
