Karpaha Sands is well hidden, feels exclusive, and is full of the most sincere and accommodating staff, led by manager Noel. We were surprised by the beauty, comfort, and hospitality of this resort. Don't be surprised by the to (2km) dirt road or the lack of liquor license (currently) - the secret Sandy Beach and the juice bar far makes up for any inconveniences. You'll never want to leave.

My stay at the Jetwing hotel in Pottuvil was nothing short of amazing. The individual cabana experience offered the perfect blend of privacy and comfort, surrounded by nature and just steps away from the most beautiful beach. We loved the place, the owners are beautiful people providing all sort of services but more important even, they provide very useful information about services in town and average price for them. Super helpful when it comes to bargaining with locals. Ideal place if you look for a quiet holiday as it is close enough to walk to the lively places but located in a quiet local area.
