Coffee ordered through room service arrived afte lt a couple of reminders and 30 mins later. Breakfast wanted to charge for bottled water or else was tap water, which was not a choice for foreign guests. Bottled water must be just given like they did in the rooms. "

"Hotel clean. Breakfast menu good. Dinner menu overpriced for the quality . Room clean and adequate. This is not of the quality of a five star hotel. At best four stars appropriate. Area is quiet. Close to Alpiri. So going to Tirumala is easier. No shopping nearby. For buying anything you have to hire a taxi by or Uber. "

"I have been coming to tirupati for last 20 years, I have been several hotels but this hotel stands out, it's spacious at decent price with luxury options. Love this hotel, easy to any where in the city and also to Tirumala Hills. Restaurant food is also decent."

"Front desk service was slow and my room was dirty. Food was ok in the restaurant. Restroom is far away from the restaurant."
