"Great place to stay while visiting Bran and Zarnesti. Staff were incredibly friendly, and took very good care of us. Even played me and my friend off, as we left, with our new favorite Romanian song, “Lady” by Sandy Ciorba… which we had been dancing to out on the balcony :) Food was also excellent, and the lamb stew with polenta was one of the best dishes I had in Romania. "The second year we are staying here. We always found really good value. Everything was clean, parking was a plus and the breakfast was delicious. The room proved quite warm, and there was unfortunately quite a bit of noise, both from the cars on the street, and from people talking loudly, including at 3-4 in the morning. Because we stayed with a toddler, we couldn't use the A/C that much."

"I stayed here only 2 nights. the place itself is beautiful overlooking the mountain . Place was clean and vey comfortable. breakfast is very good and so is dinner. Now for the negative no receptionist to welcome you. If you go late you stay outside. Too many bus loads of hikers stay there and they are catered to 1st Since i did not get a paper of when to check out i did not know.
