"The Kantar hotel is the top 4 floors (floors 7-10) sitting above a hostel (floors 1-6). The elevator is key-fobbed to restrict access between the different guest uses. Quiet, clean, but bare minimum facilities. Rooms, linens, bathrooms were clean. The kitchen/cafeteria offers a free breakfast which I thought was simple but good, and certainly better than the price point would suggest. "We were a family of 5, and stayed at an executive 3-bedroom suite for 8 nights. Pros: large suite Cons: poor room service, poor communications, unskilled staff, low grade/quality food Details: - The staff didn't clean our suite properly. We'd have to literally ask for the simplest things. Once, we ordered breakfast to be brought to our suite. The breakfast leftover was sitting on our table until we got back in the evening.
