"Amazing dinner in the hotel restaurant. The Wagyu beef was melt in your mouth fantastic. Great wine. The private onsen was perfect and so relaxing at the end of the night. Super comfortable bed and spacious room. Wish I had booked two nights. My only complaint is the coffee in the room is more espresso style and I love a big hearty cup of coffee in the morning. The hotel doesn’t offer coffee in the lobby which is a bummer. We didn’t add breakfast just because we don’t usually do breakfast....

"We booked one of the condo units and loved it. Very spacious. Sleeping room for 4 people without feeling crowded. Convenient espresso machine in the building hallway and the hotel had a social gathering every evening in the hotel lounge/library with free snacks. We booked with breakfast included and the buffet style offerings were fantastic, with numerous options, both Japanese and Western. The hotel was a short walk from Gora train station, which was super convenient. The on-site onzen was also...
