"Our family loved this hotel! The staff was so welcoming and the grounds are beautiful. Very convenient for exploring Carcassonne. Our room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely book again! "

"It was a wonderful place with friendly staff and close proximity to the castle. The animals around the building made it even better as they were always friendly and excited to hang out. The bar had great drinks, snacks, and breakfast. We extended our stay because we enjoyed it so much!"

"Truly a fairytale room, view, service and stay. Loved every bit of this hotel. The view from the room along with the rooftop view of the castle is stunning. Bottle of wine provided at check in was delicious. Recommend all to stay here while visiting. You won’t be disappointed. "
