"The hotel itself is great. It is connected to the 'Tradies' club, where the restaurants are situated. This usually works very well indeed, but this time there was a rather large group also staying & the breakfast staff were absolutely overwhelmed. The first morning I waited almost one & a half hours from ordering to receiving the meal. The second morning the wait was shorter, just about 40 mins. I have stayed here many times & never experienced anything like this. Hopefully this has not become...
