"Beautiful guest house just a couple of minutes from the long sandy beach in Ayr. Fantastic location for walking and just a few minutes to the town center. Our room was pristine, it even had its own small fridge, with a bottle of chilled water and fresh milk. The room also has a microwave. There's a choice of cooked breakfast, which was just perfect. "

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. The Breakfast has a varied menu which caters for everybody and is delicious and well presented and perfectly cooked by Duncan. "We stayed in aVictorian building and not an hotel. Our accomodation was larger and more grand than any cabin on our 30 years of cruising! We went for an evening wedding, Avril gave us a door key and we walked a few yards to the Seamill Hydro."
