"Stayed over a busy weekend of Horse Racing, with Ayr Racecourse directly accessible. Stayed within the hotel, as opposed to the courtyard. Big room, bug bathroom, had a substantial breakfast and chose to dine on the Friday night. Found the dining experience to be excellent. Staff are top notch too, very friendly with nothing too much trouble for the team. Top marks"

"Beautiful room, nice staff, clean, lovely bar & outside dining area (short stay, so didn't sample the food apart from breakfast which was fine). Located right on the the beachfront & a 5-10min walk from the town centre. If disabled & coming from either station, get a taxi as it's about a 30 min walk. Lift to all floors of hotel. Only issues were someone setting off the alarm after 1am (smoker?) & some guests being noisy at 3.30am (but only about 10 mins) - post nightclub? Otherwise, great stay....

"Friendly and helpful staff. Food was excellent. Lots of choice for breakfast. Recommend surf and turf for evening meal. We stayed in single rooms which had everything we needed and were clean and priced competitively. Hotel is situated directly in front of the bay. "

"We had a great stay at our daughters wedding all the family in one large villa but still felt part of the hotel. Cars come and take you up to the hotel whenever you wish. Or the grounds are beautiful to walk up to the hotel. All the staff we met were amazing"

"Easy check-in, nice clean and quiet room. Unfortunately, I accidentallydamaged what I thought was the bathroom flush, and contacted Nick straight away. He told me not to worry at all, and explained that he would sort the problem out when he arrived. Fantastic owner, I would imagine that certain other people would take advantage of this and try and request extra payment. I would recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again."
