"Lovely refreshed room, fantastic new adults only bar. Spa is hugely overpriced as there is construction happening all around you. You shouldn’t charge premium prices for a less than experience. The food…. Awful for every meal. Except the room service chicken wrap from the children’s menu. But you pay like you’re visiting the best restaurants in New York. "

"Very poor service,the air conditioning was not working amd we were only told about the check in was done ....and told will provide fan but wasnt provided.we asked for our refund so we can move to some othe hotel which was approved but till date we haven't received our received....i already called the hotel for follow up but no reply "

"Early check in was needed after being diverted via Samoa on an international flight. The front desk staff confirmed my room could be refunded after we could not check in early and I was still charged for the room. Extremely disappointed in the Ramada and would not recommend. "

"Beautiful room with a washer and dryer! So handy considering the Fiji heat & humidity I was able to do some washing. Stayed for a wedding at a neighbouring hotel. You cannot go wrong here! Breakfast is delicious. Pools were great. I thoroughly enjoyed the walk throughout the resort. Everyone is so welcoming and our stay here did not disappoint! The food was ok. The vegetarian options were quite good. I loved having a little beach right outside my bura. All in all a nice stay. Vanaka! "
