"Hotel and staff were amazing- location for things we planned wasn’t easily walkable- but metro and taxi were easy to check"

"I did not like the location at all. It was two hours drive from Barceloma centre. And they refused to accommodate me to another location close to centre town. Therefore I did not stay in that hotel. Perhaps it was my fault to reserve a room and pay them fully $1431.37. At the same time they could have made some concession and refunded some money. I stayed at other hotels in Barceloma and Madrid. I was a big loss for me."

"Alfons at check in was awesome, we arrived early and had alot of questions which had answers to. Very kind ! Train was 10 min walk and huge grocery store right next door. Also there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Thanks so much!"

"I was there for a very short time so can't really say much. The location is in what I think is an industrial zone and some 25 mins from the city itself. Staff was very friendly when checking in and getting a taxi. If you are going to the airport, you have to consider setting up with time as they come from the city."
