"The way to get to the place is dirt, you have to be very cautious and slow. They did not respect the reservation of a double room and they gave me a single, they commented that they had problems with Expedia / Oyo, which I do not agree with being the one affected and even so they did not offer any refund for changing rooms or a note of having paid in the place (they only accept cash and they wanted to charge me more than the reservation). The place in general needs cleaning in the common areas...

"I came with my cousin on a little road trip Ana and Socorro Wow What a Experience the grounds were beautifully maintained the rooms were elegant clean looked brand new . Very Quiet pool was Beautiful We will definately be back ! Victor who checked us in was very accomodating and you get a home cooked Breakfast to order as well.This place is not given enough credit and the price was the least of 3 different properties we stayed at on this trip and the best place.I really Recommend this for R&R....

"I love this place. My partner and I decided to spend new years here. Theres so much to do in the Valle but we just wanted to get away and chill in front of a fire. Our cabin did not have a fire pit but the hotel supplied one right away since we were spending the night in. They even provided firewood! I brought some of my own but it sure came in handy since I was chillin outside for 6 hours. Shout out for Alfredo and Carina for the amazing service. "
