I happened upon Hotel La Pau as I had extended my stay in Barcelona but had to switch hotels. What an unbelievable surprise it was. I am an absolute stickler for customer service and the pride and care La Pau took in their customer service was evident as soon as I stepped through the doors. Beautiful hotel in Le Eixample. With a fantastic insider's view of La Pedrera/Casa Mila from the rooftop terrace. Steps from the Metro station and high end shops on Passeig de Gracia. Just a fantastic place to explore Barcelona from.

Location was great & Staff Always super helpful. Wish there were more USA compatible electrical outlets.

Great hotel and wonderful location

Everything was amazing! The Hotel is in a great location and has an amazing view!! The staff gave us a special welcome detail when we got to our room. Like we say in Puerto Rico: “Tienen que venir y vivir la experiencia” !!!!

Great location in the Gothic district. Great customer service, quiet, lovely roof top bar, front desk was great with recommendations. Safe.

We are from Atlanta, Ga and stayed here 4/18 - 4/20 prior to our 30th anniversary cruise to Italy. The Hotel is amazing. The staff are amazing. This hotel is in an excellent location. Blocks from Las Ramblas, the beachfront, old town, and great tapas. The hotel has a glorious rooftop restaurant with amazing food that’s priced right. On the subject of food, as you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the first corridor. Walk straight ahead crossing over one nartow street. Then, at the next intersection turn right. It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.

We stayed at Hotel Barcelona Catedral for 3 nights and enjoyed our time there. The room was a smaller than I anticipated (we had an Executive Double which did not look like the pictures) but everything else was very good. The staff was friendly, and we used the bar for coffee, drinks, and dessert. I loved the location. While it was not easy for taxis and ride share options to find it is in a very walkable location. This property was in the best location. We really enjoyed our stay. The restaurant ladies were the best, same as front desk and the porters…. They noticed My husband birthday and left us chocolate :) quite heart warming when we were by ourselves traveling! Definitely come back when in Barcelona! Five star all the way

Excellent hotel! We love how the full staff treat the visitors. We appreciate the opportunity of early checkin due our flight arrived in the morning. The room was clean and quiet. We planned to return after our cruise but unfortunately it was fully booked. Very recommended!
