A truly charming property. The staff at the reception and in the dining room was very helpful and nice, especially Alejandra. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of a variety of high quality items, including smoked trout. we had dinner there once as well and it was very good. The hotel and staff were amazing. I loved the location because it’s right in the center of the main road, making it easy to get everywhere in either direction. My only feedback is that I wish there were more amenities, some of the ones that were “open” were still under construction, and the bar closed a bit earlier than expected. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great! Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning. Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future.

The hotel was amazing. It is in a very central location and off the beaten path of the city which is nice for relaxing. We loved out stay and hope to return soon.

This hotel was perfect for me. It was close to the base of the mountain and was walking distance to other bars and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and set up taxis to the airport and city center since I did not have a car. I won't look at any other place when I plan to return in the future.

I stayed here for two nights in early September 2019 and loved it. I had a room on the 5th floor with a full lake view which was incredible. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the on-site restaurant was very good, and reasonably priced. It is a very easy drive from the airport to the hotel, and also an easy drive to nearby hiking and skiing. My rate included free breakfast which was very good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The grounds was beautiful with all the flowers and trees. The staff was very helpful with everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed the place and the service. Just want to add one thing. The best surprise was its restaurant which we didn't expect much as it's just a hotel restaurant. After having been to the famous restaurant right next door (where Clinton had visited), we found our hotel restaurant had better cooking and quality in food to offer, and not expensive or pretentious like next door.

The staff is incredible. They go out of their way to make your stay here in Bariloche fun. The rooms are comfortable and clean.
