"Hotel was clean. Pullout was full size. Mattresses on both beds too hard and pillows too firm . Could not sleep they were so hard. Friends with me had same issue. Overall a great hotel aside from the pillows and mattresses."

Helpful if at time confused staff ( For some reason we were put in one of their rooms without air conditioning. Front desk woman said she would get it fixed. Next day gentleman at front desk noted that our room was one of t he ones without air conditioning, Guess thats eco-friendly, but booking site said air-c0onditioned) But overall a good hotel with friendly staff and nice warm...

"Beautiful property. Restaurant was great. All staff very friendly and helpful. Only problem we had to leave for airport at 4:30 am. I did not want to stand at train at that hour of the morning so need to call taxi. Shuttle service did not start til 6:00am. I was not aware of that"

"Great location - very easy to either walk or take a tram. The apartment was clean and in good nick. Kitchen had enough equipment and was clean. Although the websit said they would clean only once a week, the cleaners came everyday with new towels and tidyed up. The apartment we had faced the main road and as it was HOT, we were exposed to the noise of the street when the windows were open. Definitely a good place. "

There's no air-con but the shutters keep the worst of the sun off the room & the window opens. 2 bottles of water (plain & sparkling) were provided every day plus the biscotti/macaroni every evening.
