"The pool area is quite narrow. To make things worse, smoking was allowed anywhere. It could also be no one was enforcing no smoking at the poolside. I was with my kids and we have to keep moving to different parts of the pool to avoid 2nd hand smokes."

"First impressions when we arrived was that the resort is very run down and in urgent need of proper renovations. There was black mold on shower curtains and cracked tiles in the bathrooms. We expected more, compared to what you get for the same price other places in Asia, eg Thailand and Vietnam."

"The 3 best parts were; 1) its right next to a well tenanted mall and old food streets across the roads; directly connected to mall via lift on 8 floor(need to transfer) 2) rooms were relatively well maintained 3) breakfast has a very wide variety of food. Coffee machine has decent coffee"

"A very clean and comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. However, the noise from the main road in front of the hotel intrudes into the rooms facing it. Especially the noisy motorcycles. Would definitely stay there again but I will ask for a room facing away from the road."
