"Our experience at this hotel was perfect. This hotel is located in Alex west which is just the perfect distance away from all the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was great too and had all the amenities that we needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Alexandria. "Good option If you need a hotel not too far from Borg el Arab airport. Check-in was possible in the middle of the night. The room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony has a sea wiev. The breakfast was very good with vast options of pastries. "

"The reception was a huge problem. They didn’t have my reservation anywhere. I had to wait for over an hour and call Expedia support to get my room. The room was clean and it had a wonderful view. The place was extremely overcrowded. The pool water was filthy. The pool bathrooms were filthy and the beach was absolutely disgusting, totally filled with trash. "
