"Leider war meine Erfahrung mit diesem Hotel sehr enttƤuschend. Nach einer anstrengenden 13-stĆ¼ndigen Busreise kam ich gegen 23:00 Uhr im Hotel an und wollte mich einfach nur ausruhen. Ich zeigte meine BuchungsbestƤtigung an der Rezeption vor, doch der Mitarbeiter behauptete, dass keine Reservierung vorhanden sei bzw. dass die Buchung nicht bezahlt wurde.
Er teilte mir mit, dass er den Manager kontaktieren wĆ¼rde, doch dieser war zunƤchst nicht erreichbar. Ich musste etwa eine halbe Stunde warten,...
