"I arrived at the Lanka Princess Hotel to find no one able to resolve my booking issue. I spent over 4–5 hours trying to contact both the hotel and Expedia live chat, which eventually froze with “Got it, let’s help with your request.” No solution was offered, and I was left stranded after a full day wasted. "The bedsheets and mattress were wet and some moist smell was coming. One half of the bathroom sliding door was broken. The beds are very small for twin beds’ size. There was no proper process/queue for check-in. It was not managed properly and anyone was coming in between and was checking in. The hotel seems to be overcrowded. The beach was not accessible. There were stones and fisherman boats were there which made the water smell oily and bad. The only good thing in hotel was swimming pool and...

"ここはまさに楽園です。素晴らしい自然の中で、アーユルヴェーダのトリートメントをうけ、毎食美味しいお料理を思う存分食べることができて、そして何より、心のこもったホスピタリティーで最高の毎日を過ごすことができました。ホテルは少し老朽化してシャワーの水圧が少し低かったりはしますが、バワの建築のホテルを維持するためにいつも床も拭いてきれいに掃除されていたり、広大な庭の手入れも常にされていました。 全てのスタッフからゲストを迎えるための気遣いが伝わってきて、またすぐに戻りたいと思うホテルです。"

"Stannade där i 3 nätter, bra service från hotell ägaren som var trevlig. Polen fin men vi ville mera vara vid havet. De körde en till stranden gratis med tuktuk vilket var riktigt bra, stranden är fin men det finns så många finare stränder och städer på Sri lanka som jag mer skulle rekommendera att besöka. Helt okej vistelse men skulle inte välja att bo här igen."
