"The hotel can use more hangers."

"Staffs Always accommodating and nice. Breakfast was great especially the tinapa and daing😊👍 as my all time fave growing up. Nice to be back at my very own native place❤️"

"The property was very nice and attractive. The staff were very receptive, courteous and knowledgeable. We very much enjoyed our stay there."

"The property could use some renovations and surely needs more rooms with windows. You need to specify if you really need one prior to your check in or booking."

"We stayed at this hotel for 7 days and found it to be convenient option given its proximity to Robinson mall. The staff, particularly those at the café were exceptional in their attentiveness to guest's needs. The breakfast buffet offered selection of local dishes with a different menu each day. However, the cleanliness of the room especially the bathroom fell short of expectation. "Nice place to stay easy to Commute"

"I love the room we have. Overlooking the ocean! A relaxing place."

"This resort could be wonderful. However, a lack of investment (and histroical typhoon damage) shows in dilapidated buildings and a sub par experience compared to other "luxury" resorts. But it's a good place to be, excellent location with a lovely resort team with some drawbacks that are good to be aware of before arriving: access is only by boat (P.1500 return each), no hot water in room, food options limited/no beer after 1st day, room did not lock as doors broken, island hopping was expensive...

"There were actually in the process of cleaning one of the pools but gave us access to another pool those actually more private and wave some fees for us excellent place great staff excellent food extremely clean nice rooms i'll definitely be going back"

"The day staff at the front desk especially the lady who helped me with my laundry was awesome. i failed to get her name."

"The sink just just too low for me ..that's it.. but I understand why its so low"

"We had a good stay overall. The place was nice. However, we were disappointed by the security deposit, as this additional fee was not clearly disclosed on the site. We only found out about it afterward when we check-in, which was unexpected and inconvenient, especially since we were traveling cashless and relying only on cards and online payments. It would be better if the security deposit (in cash) were clearly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can be properly informed and prepared."
