Het restaurant is gesloten. Ze zeiden ook dat ze geen zaken meer deden met Hotels.com. Ze vertelde ons dat het hotel was overgenomen. Ze konden niet meer bij de gegevens van Hotel.com. "Dieses Hotel verdient keine 4 Sterne, alles ist schmutzig und kaputt! Bettwäsche wurde nie gewechselt oder Bett gemacht. Badezimmer wurde nie gereinigt! Echt eine Frechheit. Habe dies auch dem Manager gemeldet, der hat nur gelacht und nichts unternommen! Schlechtes Hotel ever!!!"
