"The rooms were clean, but the halls were dirty (the carpet in the hallway was an eyesore and had an odor). The outdoor pool was often closed for cleaning. I do not gamble and did not use the casino. The sushi place was terrific; the Tides restaurant was pricey and not worth it; the food was not in accordance with the price. The customer service was on and off. Some of the staff were kind and delightful, and others completely standoffish and rude at times."

"When I arrived I was asked to accommodate a later check in which was not a problem for me. On our last day our excursion ran late and when I asked for additional time I was told no. After the response from the host I messaged again to see about putting our already packed luggage on the porch for pickup I didn’t get any responses back. Needless to say I figured it out."
