"“Waldorf Astoria” attention to detail at a “Day’s Inn” price. Breakfast was the usual cold selection, but at a much higher quality. Great outdoor pool that was clean and crystal clear. Such fun to stay at a lovely spot that was not part of a big, corporate hotel chain."

"Checking staffs at the time when we arrived were not friendly. Gave us a little attitude. Weren’t very helpful. It’s a tourists area. You’re going to be asked the same questions a million time. Answer them as if it was the first time you heard it. Most important position that sets the tone for the entire hotel and quests experience. I used to be a front office manager with the Hyatt Corp."
