"The biggest thing for us was finding air conditioning and the air con in the room was not as cool as we would have liked for it to be which kinda sucked because we booked the room for one night our last night just because we wanted air con."

Overall poor experience as I was late for the concert I was attending at the stadium, waiting for basic stuff to be fixed. Ruined the experience tbh."

"The hotel is well situated with a 10-15 walk to Willesden cross tube station. The hotel is in great need of up keep. The bedroom was clean, bed comfortable but the bathroom was a different story. "Lift didn't work for the entire time we stayed there. Annoying as I have mobility issues but not as bad as those who were on the upper floors. Bar not open as 'no staff available' Good location near the stadium Everything is quite tatty and a bit down at heel but the bed was comfortable and the shower was ok. Needs non-slip on the shower tho as very slippery."

"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. It is very clean, cute, and a calm, family atmosphere. They let us drop our bags early, and the delicious prepaid breakfast is a great deal. The outdoor patio is great for a late night wind-down, and it’s across the street from a bus stop. Walkable to Wembley, and next door to peri peri chicken spots and a tesco convenience store. There’s about a 10 minute walk to a tube station. Would absolutely stay here again."

We had tickets for Bruno Mars on Saturday 18th July and when we arrived at the hotel were told that our room had been cancelled in February and the hotel was overbooked by Expedia, I booked and paid in full in January, we’d had no notification of the cancellation or refund, which should have happened in February when they say they cancelled the room. "It's a relatively small room with a bed on a mezzanine level. Stairs are steep to the bed, but fine if you free up on a boat. The tap in the kitchen worked but was not attached to the sink - some plumbing needed. The studio was cleaned, but could do with a lick of paint, especially on the door which looked as though it had been attacked by a mythical creature in a Ben Aaronovitch novel. The people in the room/flat above us were kind enough to ensure we knew we weren't alone, and trekked back...

"The staff was very nice and welcoming. Booked to go and see concert at Wembley which was about a 40 minute straightforward walk. Stonebridge Park Station around a 12 minute walk away. Asda a 15 minute walk away and petrol station near by 5 minutes away. Room was tidy and clean. Had fridge and microwave which was useful. Could of done with a mirror on the wall to do your hair. Never had anything to eat there. I would stay there again as it was pleasant stay and staff really nice."

"Good base to get to Wembley Park for a concert. Parking is a massive advantage. Clean room, a little small but who needs lots of space to sleep. Would recommend 😊"
