"Lovely stay. Staff couldn’t have been nicer. We were treated like VIPs - even our dog got his own bowls, bed and goodie bag. The hotel is in a beautiful old building but with great modern comforts (air-con especially welcome during the recent heatwave). The Classic room we stayed in was huge as was the bathroom. All in all a great stay. Thank you! "

"The best stay we've had in quite a while! It was clean, quick and efficient. Definitely a quirky space to fit in with bristols culture. The "breakout space" is large and open 24/7 with plenty of places to sit as a group or off quietly with a book. The cocktail on entrance was definitely welcome after all my train delays. Will definitely be back "

"Hotels nice, but the staff make it. We were able to check in early, which really suited our plans. We were given a welcome drink too which was a lovely surprise. Particular mention to the lady who checked us in and lady on the bar."

"The location was great, service great, breakfast great. The only let down was the cleanliness of the bathroom as it had an ambulant disabled bathroom which was a wet room but unfortunately you could see the scum marks around the edges of the coved flooring. Just needs a good scrubbing. But apart from that it was great."
