"Staff’s are great, wife left her bracelet after check out, came back and got it back."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting brussels and would happily stay here again! We were 9 people same room but enough bathrooms."

"We had a wonderful stay overall, and the location was truly fantastic. The hotel is conveniently located near many of the city's main landmarks, the central train station, and countless restaurants and cafés, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. The only drawbacks were that the room felt quite small, and it would have been nice to have some additional amenities such as a fridge, coffee maker, or kettle. We also found that the soundproofing could be improved. During our stay,...

"Hotel is steps away from St Hubert Galleries and the Grand Place with so many shops and restaurants to choose from around the area. Also it’s close to the central train station which is few steps away. They have a cafe’ at the lobby. Staff were fine. The downside is, it’s noisy at night, you can hear artists singing at the square. We had our room cleaned twice for our 5 days stay but housekeeping doesn’t vacuum the carpet and doesn’t mop the BR floor. They only change the towels and make up your...

"- la salle de bain était sale, on dirait la balayeuse n'avait pas été passée, le savon avait coulé dans la douche au point qu'il n'en restait plus dans la bouteille fournie par l'hôtel. - c'est à nous de faire les lits, mais ils sont confortables malgré que ce soit des lits simples. - Mis à part la salle de bain, la chambre était belle et propre, le personnel super gentil, nous sommes restés pour seulement une nuit et c'était très calme, parfait pour se reposer avant de continuer la route."

"Helpful staff and room service. Great location!"

"J'ai eu froid tout mon séjour même en expliquant la situation et aucune chaîne belge ne fonctionnent. Pour le prix de la nuit c'est décevant"

"立地はいい。"

"The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The room overall as well as the whole hotel super outdated. Since it’s located inside the train station, as soon as you exited the hotel the area is very sketchy. The staff was friendly but not overwhelmed by their service."

"After an awful check-in (they use a machine that requires a QR code that I was not sent by Expedia) the rest of the stay went fine. The place has clearly tried hard to make ecological choices. Room was warm, clean and a reasonable size. Area is at the edge of a dodgy bit of Brussels so take care."

"بي مانوس فندق جميل وفطورهم جيد ومريح "
