"When I came to the hotel the door was closed and nobody open it . I saw phone number and call to hotel . Hotel man answered to me that they are full and I can do nothing with that . Not even try to find me some other place to stay ... Yes , they send me e mail that they are full but that was at night so I didn’t see that . "

"Very nice hotel. From the moment we stepped in we were greeted by a warn staff that gave us the privilege to pick our room by visiting the available rooms. We had a nice cosy dinner next to the chimney and the waiters were always available. The dinner was delicious, so was the rich lebanese breakfast that we had while enjoying a breathtaking view of the snowy highest peaks of lebanon. The staff was more than welcoming and even offered us a late checkout We had a nice escape...
