Everything about the property is fantastic, the location the staff the architecture and the food, but what stands out the best is the amazing staff

The entire staff at the hotel were excellent. Concierge staff were very helpful in planning activities for our trip. Front desk and restaurant staff were excellent too. The hotel is in a great centralized location in Buenos Aires and within a a walking distance to great restaurants, museums, Eva Peron's cemetery and shopping.

This hotel is really great. Located right in the middle of town. It is one of the best value hotels I've ever stayed at! One of the nicest hotels.

A nice property close to EZE airport. The hotel is part of a medium size Marcardo, with a wide variety of stores and restaurants.

Staff is very helpful and nice! They will go the extra step no problem. They only speak Spanish. The garden is very beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was nice.

The Park Tower is a grand hotel. No tour groups. Beautiful lobby. You are checked at a desk, not a counter. Superior service. Assigned butler. Elegantly appointed rooms. It’s a disappearing breed. Even if you want something more informal and casual, as many younger travelers do, you ought to experience a hotel like this once in a while. Finally, as expected, the staff are extremely courteous. I would also say they are genuinely warm and kind. There is not the slightest hint of condescension but...

I was in BA mostly for business for 2 weeks, and had a great time at this hotel. The staff was very accommodating and helped me sort out numerous problems (lost luggage, reservation changes, etc.). The room was great and had all the features you'd expect, and the location was quite convenient as well. Most importantly (for me, at least), the wi-fi was incredibly fast compared with other hotels/apartments I've tried in BA. If you go downstairs to get a good signal, you'll get speeds approaching...

We didn't know where we wanted to be and lucked out . NH centri Historic is right downtown within walking from main attractions . Room was very light and airy . Modern and clean Everything worked perfectly .Bed was soft. Concierge (ess ) ) ) )Sabrina was a wonderful help all week . we have traveled a lot think this hotel is a gem.

This is a no-frills hotel with a secure entrance, helpful front desk staff, clean rooms, 24 hour coffee, and a nice little outdoor garden area. The coffee/ cafeteria area makes a good place to work if you need to spread out. No breakfast, but an amazing coffee shop 2 blocks away and several bakeries even closer. And there is a kettle in the room with tea and snacks. I thought it was a great find!

We arrived at the hotel around 9:00am after a night departure from Miami. We were told at the hotel the rooms would be ready at 11:00am instead of the listed 3:00 pm check-in. Excellent staff and rooms. The check-out is at 12:00 noon not 10:00 am. as listed. The daily breakfast is extensive and beautifully prepared. All personnel are friendly and courteous. The hotel is situated in an strategic location, close to everything you need for your stay in Buenos Aires. We will return next year!
