"Hotel Faro was a very good experience for us. Located close to the lake it was in a good setting. The hotel is closely & well managed by the owners, a couple, which he woman is always on site. They also own and manage the commercial businesses; restaurant, bar, and shop, on the first floor. Most pleasant and friendly. A very good breakfast came with the room. We would certainly stay there again."

"The hotel is right on the shore of the lake. If you walk up the main road from the hotel, you will find some excellent restaurants and wine cellars. A short walk away there are opportunities to rent windsurfing equipment. There were plenty of staff who spoke English."

"I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Nice hotel in the country side which is good for relaxing and piece of mind. Very friendly staff who is willing to do the extra step to go further beyond your expectations. The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and even upgraded us free of charge to enjoy our stay. Everyone is amazing and lots of nice facilities (pool, bowling, courts …). Efficient service and great food. I highly recommend the place and I would defiantly return if I get the chance....
