Great hotel, superb kitchen and facilities. The design and all decoration of the facilities is done to a high standard while respecting the old oil mill. The swimming pool and gardens are well looked after. Our room was amazing, huge and comfortable bed and great service. Only inconvenience it does not allow to flush toilet paper and there is just an ordinary bin to dispose of toilet tissue. This hotel is definitely a 5 Star hotel!! While not in walking distance of the old part of the city, it is a short drive away and there is plenty of cheap parking. Only complaint about the hotel s was the thermostats. They seemed to have a mind of their own... We had two rooms and neither one functioned as expected. Easily solved by opening the beautiful giant windows

Loved the comfort and Michelin starred meal after 2 weeks of hiking across Spain. It was our splurge.

Not on our itinerary, was an emergency late night booking and we will be returning in the future for an extended stay. Staff was very friendly, facility was super clean and attetion to detail.

I loved it. Staff, except on reception, could have been more pleasant. Our lowest priced accommodation was very good. The dining room at 2040 was empty, but did fill slightly. Dinner was very good, but served at breakneck speed which I did not enjoy. Pool area only accessible with a key from reception, only 3ft deep and no bar.
