"Booked for 4 nights at 70 euros per night - requested a quiet room and were the only guests in the hotel. From about 9pm till 3am you are kept awake by the loudest of music from bars and clubs nearby. Impossible to sleep even with earplugs. Then from 3am you hear all the noise from people and cars leaving the area from the parking lot opposite. Decided to check out after a terrible night which we did but the hotel owners absolutely refused to offer any refund at all for our 3 unused nights so...

"Very clean room with all expected facilities. Very close to ferry wharf to Cannakkale but still quiet due to double glazing. Hotel also runs tours to Troy and Gallipoli. Troy tour was dissappointing due to a lacklustre guide - however hotel refunded an appropriate proportion of cost when told this. "Visited during the off-season and the staff were beyond friendly and helpful, even letting me borrow their personal mobile phone to make a domestic call to change our rental car reservation (the international call from my phone would have cost an arm and a leg). We stayed in one of the top floor rooms right under the roof which had its on patio, tons of light, was very private and spacious. Not much to do around the property though, you’d want a car to drive into downtown Çanakkale. "

"Hotel is a pleasant island of calm in a busy port-side neighborhood of narrow streets. Decor is tasteful and retro. Room was a bit small, but adequate. Main need in this hot, humid summer was strong AC, but it was adequate for comfort. Breakfast buffet not included in room price. Garden restaurant owned by another business, but it's a nice option evenings. All prices very reasonable.
