"Little disappointing. Paid ridiculous amount and there wasn’t even water in the room. The wine tasting didn’t hit the spot, despite you make 80 percent of red wine the serving was much on white and cheap wines. Signature wines wasn’t even part of the tasting. Most disappointing part was I asked to purchase wine and she told me I can only purchase them for the restaurant price during my stay can’t sell me for the sale price until my departure! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard!...

"It was a terrible experience. Everything was low quality. We had a dead bird on the balcony. My husband took it to the garbage. Air conditioning wasn’t working in the corridors. It was too hot. We choose this hotel because of thermal water but they said they don’t have thermal water since something is broken. We had 2 suits.
