Amazing showers!!! Sitting on the balcony was awesome and breakfast was very nice. Our host spoke english extremely well. Cute and quiet town.

This hotel is a great location for the Guggenheim and for dining. It’s a bit longer walk to the old town section of town. If you have a car you will find the garage exceptionally clean and relatively easy to get in and out of. It’s also easy to get in and out of the city from the hotel. I love my room, it's big, comfortable bed and a window overlooking the sea. The hotel itself is so beautiful located near the Palacio de Magdalena which was the reason why I came to Santander. The breakfast buffet has good choices of food including jamon de Iberico. And the breakfast area is a beautiful place to take breakfast... the furnitures and the ambiance. The front desk people were very accommodating. Jesus, one of the staff at the front desk was very helpful. I felt like home in Hotel...

Great place to stay. Room was clean, food was good, location was great.

Amazing location and a beautifully kept mountain lodge. Couldn't be any closer to the rock walls of the mountains. Make sure to call ahead and reserve your dinner spot if you won't be there before 6:00 pm or you'll miss out.

We originally only planned to stay one night, but after arriving to the Palacio and seeing our room (vary spacious), we opted to book another night. It was a little drive into Bilbao, but totally worth it for the peaceful location with beautiful views.

We were very happy with our one night in Santander. The hotel was definitely a great place to relax. It was right in the center of tow, near the port and all other transportation hubs.

Beautiful historical Parador in the most peaceful nature filled grounds! Super helpful and friendly staff, comfortable, spacious with a view rooms! Within walking distance to the river as well! Highly recommend! Will return, muchas gracias!

Everything was perfect! The suite we had was spacious, the bed for the adults and the extra bed for the kid were comfortable, the shows had great water pressure. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious. The outdoor pool was phenomenal. We did not use the spa services because they were not open for children.
