"Clean room and comfortable bed"

"A cross between a hostel and hotel. Lots of young and happy travellers with a large hang out lounge/workspace/kitchen area for them. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location so easy to walk everywhere and a block from the bus station. The bar makes excellent cocktails and the morning breakfast was excellent."

"Room only but in decent condition and shared amenities were decent. Good location."

"The hotel has no AC - that’s fine but tell me BEFORE I make the reservation and not when I try to find the switch in the room after checking in!!!! The website would be a great place. Have fans to replace AC (NOT effective) that don’t squeak all night and don’t put me on the top floor where it’s hot as hell. If you offer airport transportation on your website then follow thru. "the location of the hotel is perfect, it is the closest one to the lake and the room have nice lake view. It have nice security system to protect our items. The service of the reception is really good. When we found the dryer in the laundry room is not working, they help us to get refund on the fees we pay. Yes,they have a 24 hours laundry room.but one of the dryer machine is not working,so we can only report it in the next morning."

"For nzd350 a night, basic amenities are lacking. No cupboard, no hangars, no shampoo, no shelf by basin to put toothbrush, weak wifi."

The location was convenient and the accommodation was comfortable for what we needed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back. Thanks for having us!"

"Great easy stay in handy location with efficient, friendly management. Excellent value: comfortable, clean and well appointed accommodation."

"The hotel is conveniently located within the city center and made it easy to walk to shops and many great restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the hotel for a few days at the start of our trip and again on our last few days of our trip. We did purchase the breakfast option and what exactly was included seemed to be staff-dependent. During our first stays, we were not told of any restrictions on the breakfast menu. However, on our...
