I did encounter some technical issues with the TV, however after contacting reception, a staff member promptly came up to my room to sort the issue out. All in all, an excellent stay. "

"I liked the hotel but what really stood out to me was the bar tender on the main floor Maximillian. He was excellent in customer service really made us feel welcome and he was excellent at his craft. He was the highlight of our stay there and the rest of the bar staff was good too. "
