"Had a great experience with my family. The price was reasonable includes breakfast. The resort is conveniently located with helpful staff and great amenities. The shuttles were prompt. The hot springs were well maintained, the same with pools. We booked a zipline tour offered by the resort and we had lots of fun. I highly recommend."

"An incredible property immersed into the rainforest. So much to do on property including club rio where you felt even more remote. We enjoyed the hot springs more down in club rio than the ones closer to the rooms, which were also great. We saw monkeys and sloths on property as well. "Hotel is really in a good area. We rent a car so driving out to the attractions weren’t too far from us at all. There are 6 pools/hot tubs to dip in and my son loves them all. My cleaning lady is so nice she made the elephant towel for us and she cleaned the room so well. The hotel is under renovation so some noise woke us up in the morning most of the time but overall we are happy with them. If we come back to La Fortuna in the future, we will definitely stay with them again."
