"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."

"Absolutely gorgeous! Beautiful hotel with stunning view and great breakfast. The waitstaff was particularly nice, and the woman who cleaned the room left adorable towel sculptures that delighted my daughter."
