"Fabulous bed here! Great location, fair price."

"The place is nice, but I wasn't able to get the warm/hot water. Luckly I was on my way back home and I had the choice to go home to have my daily shower, but if I would have a business meeting, the situation was really unacepptable. A tiny note, before to discover the issue of the water, I search for an airdryer all over and I didn't find it, just a diffusor, but not the airdryer"

"فندق ممتاز والخدمة والموقع مريح"

"Big lake view room. Excellent breakfast. Plenty of parking. Beautiful grounds. No complains."

"didnt appreciate the smokers belowmy suite, otherwise all good..."

"Alles perfekt , danke"

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."

"Not the best stay."

"Loved it! This hotel is expensive, but I believe it offers great value. It’s luxurious without being pretentious, and I appreciate the fact that they do not charge you for every little thing, but rather include almost everything in the price. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Room did not have amenities promised. Staff not on property so cannot help with amenities. Door would not shut properly without a lot of effort. Not pleased with room quality compared to photos online."

"If I could give negative stars I would. This was the worst stay of my life and we are now in a lawsuit. Not only did the property lock me out of the room (bad battery on electric keypad) they lied and kept me out 3 different times at two different rooms. The representatives for the company moved me to another room after missing two days… no medication, no toilet, no food & no access to any of my belongings. When I arrived home they sent me an email link to pay the difference for a room upgrade...

"Alles in allem Okay. Die Sauna hat leider erst ab 14 Uhr offen. Das war für mich negativ. Weiterhin war die Temperatur des Pools zu kalt. Vor allem für Kleinkinder ist das nicht gut. Man merkt dass hier gespart wurde. Weiterhin ist es eine Frechheit für das Parken Geld zu bezahlen 9€. Ansonsten war es aber ganz okay."
