"Very friendly staff but rooms need upgrading."

"The kitchenette was nice. Our room had a Murphy bed that was not comfortable. The room was big enough for a king and pull out couch but they have a lot of other furniture that wasn’t necessary."

"Loved this Inn! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was wonderful— so helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent. Exactly the quaint New England experience we had hoped for."

"The outside of the hotel is great, inside the rooms show age. The room had fantastic view of fall colors and had a balcony. Overall it was adequate for us."

"The lady who worked at the front desk was wonderful. There was a nice breakfast. The property overall is very dated. Although it was clean it just seemed dingy and not as clean as other places we stayed. There was also deferred maintenance. Maybe due to a captive audience they don’t feel a need to bring it to date. The walls are thin and you can hear others in surrounding rooms. Above our room the person was very heavy footed. We heard every footstep. You should know there is no elevator. You...

"We had a great view from our room and it was clean. The room is a little more dated than I expected. Overall, a good location, staff were friendly, and a good stay."

"We have been coming here for quite a while and nothing changes. Last year I wrote to the owners about a couple of issues and they responded that the next time we came let them know.....well did but nothing!! We stayed three days October 7, 8 and 9, 2026 and did not get room service on the 8th....had to go to the front desk for toilet paper andnd towels and we put our own trash out....As again this year there were two outisde doors that should be locked so no strangers cant come in but have never...

"When we checked in. We went into the room, we found the beds are not sheeted . We have to put the bed sheet and pillow cases by ourselves. The public bathroom and shower are reasonably clean."

"The manager of the property was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed talking to her. The property is older and we had a couple small issues we brought to her attention. The location was convenient for restaurants. The bed was comfortable."

"No control of ac/heat. Thermostat in hall way. Room was so hot. Told manager. He said he turned it off but in middle of night heat was back on. Room was small. Vending machine had to be opened to get a drink. Management didn’t seem to care. Would not recommend"

"Noisy"

"The property is beautifully situated outside of town with a lovely veranda where one can sit and look out at the mountains and golf course. I rated this property OK because my room was shabby and dated. Even a picture on the wall could have improved the feel of the room."

"This inn is a motel, located next to the road, super noisy, the fan in bathroom is broken with lousy noise, door rubber fell down, not even give us new paper box when we check in. One set of tower for two people. Breakfast was an advertising farm to table but it tastes like industrial food. With the 4 stars hotel price, this looks we were robbed."
