"Room was clean. Shower water goes hot/cold in internals. Hai dryer was too weak and low power - I had to let my hair air dry;"

"The hotel is in a perfect location, right on the Plaza Mayor. The rooms are clean and well maintained, well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast is wonderful. The breakfast room looks right onto the plaza. The staff are really helpful they even packed breakfast for us because we had an early morning train. We would stay again."

"We chose this hotel because of the on-site parking. This boutique hotel is split over several floors on a hill and to get to the parking we had to go around a one-way system. This was explained to us by an extremely helpful person on the reception while we checked in. We would never have found it without her. The location is great for exploring this fantastic city. "Great pension for pilgrims! Very quiet!"

"Amazing location, extremely kind staff and very clean boutique hotel! I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Segovia!"

"The building is beautiful and special. Easy parking. Nice to walk around."

"Muy bonito lugar"

"We toured northern Spain and stayed at 6 properties. When we pulled into the Parador, I thought I had made a mistake. I tend to be frugal and couldn't believe I got this good a value for the money. A huge relief for us by this time was to simply park the car securely in a large hotel lot. Beware of what other properties call 'parking included'. The million dollar view comes with your stay. It' s a nice walk to the inner city but far enough to be away from any noise."
