"Stephanie is a gem. She always provides an incredible environment for me to come visit. Peaceful and relaxing here. The house is a darling cottage and has everything I need. The beds are so comfortable, nice bedding and pillows! The water is beautiful and calming. Sitting on the deck anytime of day is a joy, nice shade even when’s it’s hot. The pool and the cover over it are perfect way to spend an afternoon after my long walk on a beach that I have all to myself! The water is the most beautiful color, the sunrises and sunsets are the most spectacular that you will ever see. Lots of time to be in peace, calm and solitude. 100 stars!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The location truly can’t be beat—right on a stunning beach with beautiful views and easy access to the sand and water. The home itself was incredibly cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a true home away from home from the moment we arrived.Everything was thoughtfully set up with comfort in mind, and the amenities were fantastic. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living spaces were comfortable and inviting, and there were plenty of extras that made our stay easy and relaxing. After long beach days, it was so nice to come back to a space that felt warm, clean, and perfectly maintained.This rental had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable getaway. "We loved Sundance Beach House. The house was equipped with everything necessary to facilitate a pleasant holiday. Sundance is located on a beautiful, white sand beach. You cannot beat the location. Check in and out was easy and Leslie, the property manager, was lovely and kept us aware of the power cuts that the island was experiencing. All in all we had a great vacation and would love to return. "

"The property is beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However, the listing was a bit misleading—only one bedroom and the bunkhouse were accessible, not the three bedrooms and baths advertised. There was no access to a washer/dryer, and the upstairs shower had very low water pressure. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom also lacked window coverings, which made privacy an issue. That said, the host was responsive and assured us these concerns would be addressed with the property manager."

"The ocean view is the trump card of Ocean View Coral. The living area (kitchen, dining table comfy seating) all share an unobstructed view of powder white sand beach, gorgeous blue water dotted with coral formations and palm trees and sea grass along the sand dunes. The expansive ocean facing deck runs the full width of the villa and can be accessed from the 2 spacious ensuite bedrooms as well as the living area. Another plus is the restaurant at Greenwood Resort which is a 20 minute walk along the beach or 5 minute drive. We enjoyed several dinners there and took a great snorkel trip with Antoine.The villa is well equipped and well maintained, although it needs a generator. We were without power 2 mornings, which meant no water from the taps. I would advise arranging with Lana the property manager to have the villa pre-stocked with groceries and water or shop in New Bight immediately when you land. Driving is a challenge due to road conditions. But the endless beach, beautiful ocean and stunning sunrises in front of Ocean View Coral and the beautiful people of Cat Island made our trip unforgettable."
