"Hotel was good. Nice breakfast. It is very close to the train station which added 10-15 minutes to every trip just trying to get around the traffic. That's the only reason I might not stay again since it was a significant obstacle. I was also unclear which rooms had balconies and which didn't I stayed in two different rooms that were booked the same. One had a balcony and the other didn't. The check in/out process took a while. "

"I really enjoyed this hotel. It is simple and the staff very friendly. It is situated in one of the most sensory stimulating part of town but we felt quite safe here. The balcony and roof top gives you a good view of the chaos below. I would recommend this if you are looking for a simple and reasonably quiet place in the centre of the chaos of chandni Chowk. "

"Location good. In Connaught Place close to metro station. (Exit metro at gate 3.) That is the reason to stay here. There is no lift and rooms can be up several flights. "The hotel was very comfortable. We only stayed for one night after we landed in Delhi but wished we were here for longer. The room was spectacular. Breakfast was great and the hotel staff were extremely helpful. They arranged a car to collect us from the airport but there was a communication issue and the car didn't come, the problem was very quickly sorted and a taxi was arranged for us immediately and covered in full by the hotel. The manager even came to find us and apologise personally for the inconvenience. Problems happen occasionally, however it was handled so well and professionally it didn't even matter in the end. Highly recommend this hotel"
