"We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Very old building with poor plumbing. Water puddles in bathroom after a shower. Water doesn't drain as the drains in the bathroom are not located at the lowest part of the floor. Window blinds were very old and dusty and. View thru' the window of surrounding buildings is even worse. Breakfast at the terrace is a joke. Only saving grace was the service from the front desk, but that couldn't make up for the poor condition of the hotel. Looks like...

"Don't stay here, rooms are dirty snd staff very unfriendly, location not tourist friendly at all, did not feel safe at all. We left in fact before even staying the night , not sure how this on Expedia hotel list !"

"We had 4 night booking with this property but had horror experience with them as detailed below: Issues with the room are: 1. The walls were soggy 2. Beds were horrible with just single spring! 3. There was no hot water and heater in the room ( it was <8 degrees cold) 4. Room cleanliness was bad 5. My wife got wheezing issue within 10 mins due to the above room conditions Due to this I had to move out of this hotel within 30 mins of checking in and move to other better hotel in Chanakyapuri! "Room was decent. And Service was good. Though a major street ran in front of hotel, room was quiet. Breakfast had few choices but it was actually tasty. Hotel is just a few minute taxi ride from New Delhi Railway station, probably biggest plus for hotel. One negative. Somebody rang my doorbell in the wee hours of the night. "

"I stayed there with my parents, and I was not at all satisfied with the services and facilities: 1. Hot running water- had to call up the room service twice, only to have it fixed not before 2 hours. there was no hot water in the wash basin faucets. 2. The staff (excluding the house keeping and restaurant) were not very hospitable. 3. I found the lighting of the washrooms to be a bit dingy. Positives: 1. Good location 2.
