The food is always delicious - favorites include tilapia with banku and grilled lobster when they have it. breakfast is sumptuous and the fresh pineapple melts in you mouth. The staff is always friendly and helpful - many have been at the resort for years, and they never fail to remember our family. Beds are comfortable, and the rustic vibe is so relaxing. "RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!. The property was closed. We arrived shortly before 6 PM on December 20th 2021. After trying to access this very dark place with no lights anywhere The staff person came to our car and told us the place was closed down. We told him we have paid for our room and have a confirmed reservation. He said sorry the place has been closed and that no one is working there anymore for sometime. "We were able to upgrade to a breakfast and AC which made it nice. The doors to the bathroom didn’t close. Periodically there was a smell like sewage in the hallways, but it was only a smell. The beds were clean. The floors were clean. The bathroom does not get hot water. But most places there don’t. We did not try the pool, but just know the public can come there to swim during the day. It also cost 15 cedi per day to swim. Security was okay. There is a taxi hub nearby which is nice. ...
