"For the price its good value if you like a place with no facilities and the closest shops a 10 minute walk away..Bathroom was clean but only one tiny container of soap/ shampoo and conditioner...Bed was big and hard but quite comfortable..No English TV stations. No English spoken at reception or anywhere else..To communicate you will need a translation app or something similar..No one at reception on arrival and I had to sit and wait for at least 10 minutes till someone showed up..Then they did...

"We’ve just finished another two-week stay at this hotel and once again it exceeded every expectation. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and, honestly, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Bangkok. The staff are incredibly courteous, welcoming and attentive. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and they genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The gym is excellent and very well equipped. Even as someone who trains regularly, I found it had everything I needed for a great workout. The breakfast is outstanding, with a huge selection of fresh and delicious food to suit every taste. The location is another major highlight. You’re right in the heart of Bangkok with easy access to everything the city has to offer, yet when you return to the hotel it feels like you’ve stepped into your own peaceful cocoon away from the hustle and bustle. A huge thank you to everyone at the hotel for another fantastic stay. We can’t wait to return."

"The room was great size. Nice view, location was central to grocery, and bts. The breakfast was amazing!!! Worth the extra $$. Staff was great! Good service. Just reminder 2300 Bhat deposit for mini bar if not paid in cash will take 2 weeks for credit card refund. Clean gym, Excellent SPA! Nice pool unfortunately, VIP promotion was not explained well. Buy 2 get one free happy hour was overcharged. Recommend the coffee shop and koi bubble tea. It was not easy to get a grab with road closure. Bed was soft and comfy."

"Beautiful place, very well maintained inside and out, wonderful breakfast available and very good food & drinks available from on site restaurant . Nice size pool, staff were very helpful, and atmosphere was relaxed , quiet, and safe."

"Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Room are nice and clean. Great breakfast. Unfortunately, unless you are there for business, there is not much to do. Not many restaurants nearby. Have to walk 4-5 blocks but hotel does have a courtesy tuk tuk. I used it once and never saw it again the next few days. No beach close by. Recommend for the right people but I probably won’t stay again."
